About the opportunity
Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate and control the costs associated with a project from inception to completion. You collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to gather and analyse project specifications, plans, and drawings. Additionally, you play a crucial role in procurement activities, evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
About the benefits & rewards
The basic salary for the position is set between 45,000 and 55,000, depending on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. About the requirements
My client would ideally like the successful candidate to be degree-qualified, but this is not essential depending on the level of experience. The successful candidate must drive and be within a commutable distance of Surrey. My client would also like candidates to have groundwork experience working for large contractors.
