```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our residential housing team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects. Your main objective will be to minimize costs while ensuring that all quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
```Duties```
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine quantities of materials required
- Source and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients
- Monitor project progress and track costs throughout the construction process
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements for clients
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
