Job Description - R&D Assistant Tax Manager
- Assist in the development of R&D tax relief claims for a diverse client base.
- Liaise with clients to understand their tax requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Support the training and development of junior team members.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth of the tax department.

Profile
A successful R&D Assistant Tax Manager should have:
- A professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA)
- Proven experience in a tax role within the professional services industry.
- Excellent knowledge of R&D tax relief claims and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
