Reablement Support Worker (Nights), Swift Response– West Norfolk
There is a market supplement of 10% to the base salary to all staff who are employed in night roles. This will be paid three times a year.
Expectation of working hours: Night shifts, usually 9pm to 7am. Alternate weekends and bank holidays on rota basis.
Vacancy: 23.75 hours per week, averaged over two weeks
Week 1: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week 2: Thursday and Friday
Norfolk Swift Response is a service that runs 24/7 to deliver unplanned social care services to adults in their own homes in Norfolk.
As a Night Owl, you would be based at an office, ready to respond to requests for unplanned social care needs. This would include requests to assist uninjured fallers and supporting with one-off personal care needs. Workers visit people in their own homes in teams of two.
Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
