Reablement Worker Grade.5 Permanent Positions – recruiting in all areas of Cheshire East.

North Team cover from Knutsford, Wilmslow, Poynton, Macclesfield and surrounding areas.

South Team based at Westfields, Sandbach cover from Congleton, Alsager, Sandbach, Crewe, Nantwich and surrounding areas.

Are you looking for a new rewarding role caring or supporting others? You do not need experience of caring for someone as full induction and training is given but do require a flexible, `can do` approach to meet the requirements of this role.

Hospital and Social Work Community referrals, providing a short-term intervention around: regaining independence with personal care and daily living skills, assessing for long term care needs, completing low level health tasks and supporting therapy exercises. This diverse and rewarding position maybe the new role you are looking for.

The service contracts are 7am-11pm with core hours of 8am-10pm. Various shifts and contracts on offer including travel time.

Grade.5 start pay of £12.59 incremental of 4 years to £13.47 per hour with a yearly pay rise

Alternate weekend working at enhanced rate and bank holidays of time +half = £17.38 incremental to £18.70 per hour

You need to be a car driver with mileage paid at 52.2p per mile over 1,000cc
