Our client has developed a reputation of being one of the leading real estate companies across the UK and due to recent success; they now have a need for an Assistant Estate Manager to support the estate management team with the day to day running of a mixed-use estate; with your responsibilities being the public realm of the estate.

As the Assistant Estates Manager, you will hold an influential role in the day to day running of the estate; liaising with high end tenants that occupy the public realm, working with internal teams to launch events and improve ESG across the estate, monitor estate health & safety and ensuring statutory compliance is up to date, assisting with the production of service charge budgets, and form close working relationships with both hard & soft service partners; specifically cleaning, security and fabric.

Ideally, you will have several years' experience working within the facilities & property management sector, working on a mixed-use estate, however that is not essential. Equally, you will have worked as an Assistant Building Manager within a multi-tenanted building and be looking for a fresh challenge.
