We are working with a firm in the City seeking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Associate to join their team.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters across a range of sectors. The workload will comprise of acquisitions and disposal, commercial leasing, landlord and tenant, investment portfolios, secured lending, property finance, the property aspects of corporate transactions and some residential property matters. Typical clients include investors, corporates, hotels, financial institutions and ultra high net worth individuals.
Applications are sought from experienced Real Estate Lawyers, qualified in England & Wales with upwards of four years' PQE in Real Estate.
