One of London's most reputable law firms is looking for a senior REF Solicitor to join an award-winning team who regularly advise on international, market leading deals involving property acquisition financing, development finance, senior and mezzanine finance and listed property financings in the loan and bond markets.
This client is ranked in over 60 departments, with incredible global reach resulting in the firm consistently working with some of the world's largest companies from an extremely broad range of industries. Their REF team are seen as one of the elites of the practice area, being ranked in tier 2, and working on the most complex and high value transactions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the relevant practice area.
- Experience acting on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.
- UK & Wales qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified.
- Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
