Description
- Assisting in property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leases.
- Conducting legal research and compiling reports on relevant Real Estate matters.
- Preparing legal documents and contracts related to Real Estate transactions.
- Managing the property due diligence process.
- Communicating with clients and other professionals in the Real Estate industry.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Keeping abreast of changes in Real Estate law and the professional services industry.
- Maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the firm's professional standards.
Profile
A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- At least 2 years Real Estate Paralegal experience at an international/national law firm.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions and property law.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in preparing legal documents and contracts.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working in a professional services environment.
