Job Description
In this Real Estate PSL role, you will be involved in:
- Stay updated on legal developments and precedents in Real Estate and commercial property.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the litigation team.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for lawyers on current legal issues.
- Assist in the preparation of legal updates, articles, and know-how materials.
- Collaborate with lawyers to enhance case strategy and legal arguments.
- Monitor changes in legislation affecting commercial litigation.
- Offer guidance on best practices and practical approaches to case management.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing within the firm and contribute to continuous learning.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Real Estate PSL will be:
- Qualified in England and Wales
- Have significant Real Estate experience
- Previous PSL experience is desirable but not required
