Commercial Property Senior Associate - £75,000 Per annum + Benefits
Our client is a leading commercial law firm located in Manchester. They are currently seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join their dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, developments, and property finance.
• Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice to clients on property law issues.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property contracts and agreements.
• Representing clients in property-related disputes and providing litigation support.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent client service.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' plus experience in Commercial Property Law.
• Strong knowledge of property law and practice, with experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a varied workload and work under pressure.
• Commercially focused with a strong client service ethos.
