We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support across various Real Estate matters.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of standard commercial property matters; landlord & tenant, buying and selling of commercial property
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis pertaining to Real Estate transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of Real Estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
- Managing due diligence processes and property investigations.
- Representing clients in Real Estate negotiations, meetings, and transactions.
- Offering strategic advice and guidance on complex Real Estate matters.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Staying updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in Real Estate law
- Extensive knowledge and experience in handling diverse Real Estate transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
- Membership in professional legal associations preferred.
