Description

As an interim commercial Real Estate Solicitor you will;

• Overseeing all Real Estate transactions within the company.
• Collaborating with the legal department to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Assisting in the negotiation and finalisation of Real Estate contracts.
• Performing due diligence on potential property acquisitions.
• Providing comprehensive advice on Real Estate matters to senior management.
• Managing a team of junior associates and ensuring their professional development.
• Continuously reviewing and improving Real Estate processes within the company.
• Maintaining a strong network within the professional services industry.

Profile

A successful commercial Real Estate Solicitor should have/be;

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Proven experience in Real Estate, preferably within the professional services industry.
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A strong network within the professional services industry.
• Expertise in legal compliance related to Real Estate.
