SalaryOur client is recruiting a Real Estate Development Solicitor with at least 1 year' PQE to join their London office.
The successful candidate with have the opportunity to work with the region's biggest developer clients, national housebuilders, landowners, property investors, agents, lenders and funders, and have strong relationships with major housing associations.
Our client is looking for a solicitor to join the team to assist with the following areas of work:
- Residential development work (acting primarily for developers on land acquisitions by way of conditional agreements and options);
- Acting on sales and acquisitions (by private treaty and by auction);
- Lettings (for landlord and tenant);
- Property management (dealing with licences to assign, underlet and alter etc);
- Property finance.
The successful candidate will also play an active part in business development activities.
