Receipt & Dispatch Assistant

We\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Receipt & Dispatch Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. In return, you will have the chance to progress your career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.   Receipt and Dispatch Assistant  To provide food production for the patient meal service Assisting with general cleaning duties Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout Pick and pack trolleys for wards - ensure correct amount of food and supplies are sent to the wards or departments  Dealing with call back orders effectively Loading and dispatching of insulated food containers to all areas of the hospital Responsible for receiving calls, ensuring all relevant information is obtained, in a polite and courteous manner Carry out general administrative duties, as required.
