Job description

Reed have partnered with a Central Bristol Travel company that offer their services internationally, with the hire of a Reception/Admin on a full time permanent basis.

This role is a blend of Reception and Administrative duties, so it is key that you have previous office based experience doing both. It is not a busy, large footfall reception area so it's key that you're experienced in getting involved with a range of other office responsibilities as part of the role.

Working hours:

Mon - Fri. 9 - 5.30

Duties:

Reception

Ensure all visitors are welcomed, clients, suppliers, contractors to name a few

Organise catering and refreshments

Post and courier

Booking/travel arrangement

Office suppliers/stationery

Uptake of reception/kitchen area

Support HR/Recruitment team

Administrative tasks

Records of visitors signing in

Environmental reports

Assist monthly invoice reconciliation

Note taking

Minutes from meetings

Performing daily and weekly office checks

Managing daily register for health and safety purposes

Fire Warden responsibilities (training provided)

Dealing with ad-hoc and regular facilities/maintenance tasks

Liaising with building management and contractors

Requirements:

Experience of working on a reception desk

Administrative experience

Strong communicator

Experience of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, MS forms, SharePoint

Not essential, but any interest in travel
