Salary City powerhouse has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reception Manager to lead a team of 8 receptionists.
Lead a team of 8 receptionists across the London main head office, working closely with the Reception Team Leader and Head of Reception
Creating the weekly rota and monitoring annual leave by keeping the attendance chart up to date
Have monthly one to ones with the team along side the Head of Reception
Creating a one team approach working in collaboration with the Hospitality team and Reservations team and working in partnership with the Head of Reception
Assisting the Head of Reception with annual reviews, goal setting and probation reviews
To ensure all four of the reception areas are maintained to high standard at all times
Registering and checking in guests on the Condeco meeting room bookings system and ensuring bookings have their guests pre-registered prior to their meetings/events
Maintaining a good stock of all visitors passes, lanyards and card holders
Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and ensuring they are well looked after whilst in our offices
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Experience working in Reception of a 5* corporate or hotel environment
Experience in leading a team of at least 5 people on a daily basis
Maintaining a positive attitude towards your role and the work it entails
Flexible and adaptable to respond to differing client needs
Confident, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver great service
Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver high quality face-to-face contact with clients and visitors
Maintain a professional manner when answering the telephone or speaking to a client face to face
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written English
Good time management, with the ability to prioritise and multi task
Basic level of knowledge for all Microsoft Office suites
Experience of working in the service industry desired
