Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Receptionist who will work within an accommodation office providing support to students seeking housing in the private sector.
You will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of housing, engaging with landlords and student tenants. You will be the first point of contact for all general housing queries or issues which may arise. You will escalate queries to the relevant people where necessary and you will deal with incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining records, and carrying out all related housekeeping duties including taking payments and writing letters to students or landlords.
You will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and be passionate about helping people. You will be flexible in your working pattern as this role is a job share opportunity working 20 hours a week. You will work 4 hours per day between 9am-5pm Monday Friday, however you will need to be flexible to work as you may work different shifts each day/week as needed.
