As a Receptionist at The Rowans, you will be a key member of the reception team and play an integral part of the home. You will be the first port of call to welcome visitors, families as well as internal and external stakeholders with a smile. You will support the home administrator, answer incoming calls, scan documents, assist with recruitment and any event Acer Lodge host, such as summer fete, fundraising or even birthday parties for those who live here.
