We are currently recruiting for a part time receptionist in Manchester to work for a well-established housing association.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist include, but may not be limited to:
- To provide a professional and welcoming service to colleagues and visitors
- Ensure visitors and colleagues sign in and out of the building when entering and leaving
- Assist with any queries from visitors and colleagues like scanning requests and general questions
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail with assistant via email and post
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Competent with using systems like excel, word and outlook
