Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and possess exceptional organizational abilities.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other computerized systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles using QuickBooks
- Data entry skills with accuracy and speed
