Summary

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment in our corporate office.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all time
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Take messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage the company's main phone line and provide information to callers.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Assist with mail distribution, courier coordination, and other office tasks.
• Maintain and update employee contact lists
• Relay important information to employees and ensure seamless communication.
• Handle inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication
