Receptionist

Host/Receptionist Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds 8am-5pm with one hour for lunch
Starting ASAP for one month Temporary £12-£13 per hour
Our multi award winning client based near Bury St Edmunds is searching for a Receptionist support to join them on a temporary basis. The candidate will become the 'face' of the business for clients, customers and employees, and will include data entry, meeting/greeting and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have some experience within a customer service position and must have a valid drivers license and access to their own vehicle, due to the office location.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting with general administration duties as required
* Meet and Greet clients upon arrival
* Keeping the welcome/reception area tidy
* Updating data via online CRM system
* Working alongside a team to ensure all administration and Reception duties are completed
* Answering phone calls and responding to email queries
Key Skills: * IT literate * Previous administration/customer service experience * Professional phone and email manner * Able to work independently and within a team
