Tailor Made Sourcing is looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team on an initially temporary contract with a potential to be extended. We are a busy recruitment agency looking for someone who is great with people and can use their own initiative as you will be meeting and greeting our clients and candidates.
It is maternity cover for minimum 6 moths -can result in permanent position for the right candidate .
Responsibilities:
- General reception duties
- Managing recruitment for the office via phone, email and face to face
- Scanning and uploading documents to the central management system
- Data entry and processing
- Resourcing for the recruitment needs
- Answering calls
- Various associated administration tasks
Ideal candidate:
- Great organizational skills
- An ability to use their own initiative within a varied role
- Self-motivated
- Able to communicate effectively with people
- Great MS Office skills
- Previous admin or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
Working hours:
9am - 3pm Monday - Friday (can be flexible with working hours)
(30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Pay rate: £10.42 p/h
