Receptionist
Cawthorne's Travel Ltd is looking for a Receptionist. We are a Bus & Coach Travel company in Rotherham. We are looking for a personable, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Ensure that bookings are complete and accurate
- Relay messages, give directions, or answer other questions appropriately
- Complete additional tasks throughout the employment phase such as: Postage, Receipts, Billing, Mailings, etc.
- updating hotels, issuing travel documents) as well as assisting other staff.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Dependable Organized A self-starter who can work independently or with a team. Our office is small so there is no one person we cannot rely on to do their job. We are looking for someone who can work with a team.
- To be successful in this role, you'll need to be proactive and forward-thinking, constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and make our service even better. You'll also need to have excellent people skills, as you'll be working closely with our drivers and customers to ensure a seamless experience for all.
