Part Time Receptionist

Overview:

Ardeta Search are pleased to be working exclusively with one of our key clients who operate within the medical sector.  The role will be based in Doncaster on a Part Time basis.

The successful applicant will be diligent, hard-working and have excellent attention to detail. They will possess good oral and written communication skills, have experience of working with the general public and be able to work calmly under pressure and on their own initiative.

As the Part Time Receptionist, you will be the first friendly face people see, and will be there to meet and greet patients and visitors while comforting those who are nervous, and making everyone feel welcome.

Overview of responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting patients as they arrive, making them feel welcome

• Ensuring that the office procedures are followed and maintained with patient notes being updated accurately and promptly

• Ordering any equipment / stock required

• Booking in a follow up appointment for the patient

• Preparing the notes ready for the following week/days’ appointments being sure to speak to the appropriate senior member of staff of any specific needs

Knowledge and Experience:

• Empathetic and caring approach

• Experience within a customer facing position, ideally as a Receptionist

• Highly organised

Salary & Benefits:

• The role is Part Time up to 2/3 days per week

• ½ hour lunch
