MTrec's New Client Opportunity

Our client is a successful and established company based in Hemel Hempstead. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a part time, permanent basis. If you match the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response. This is a part time role, working 24 hours, across 5 days a week.

The Role you will be Doing

• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
• Ensure all access cards are provided and up to date and returned at the end of day
• Travel bookings when required
• Ad hoc catering requirements for company sites
• Greeting and welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or office
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries
• Maintaining office security and cleanliness
• Providing basic and accurate information to customers or clients
• Performing other clerical tasks

About You

• Previous experience on a switchboard or reception team would be highly desirable
• Must be happy working alone with frequent interruptions
• A good communicator who has confident phone skills
• Have an eye for detail as accuracy is essential.
• Confident using computers
• Experience using Windows packages - Outlook, Word, Excel
• SAP would be an advantage but not essential
