Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting on behalf on a well known pharmaceutical company in Tredegar. We are looking to recruit a receptionist to accomplish all the administrative tasks in the companies engineering department. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pmDuties:
- To receive external telephone calls, and screen and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Greet persons entering the company in a polite and professional manner, and maintain and update visitor's logs accordingly.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the company.
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing mail using the various services provided by Royal Mail and support other departments in dispatching of mail-shots/invoices and assisting in preparation if agreed in advance with their supervisor/line manager.
- To support the coordination of Engineering Administration
