Contract: Temp to perm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:00- 15:00
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Support the setup of meeting rooms, conference areas, and special events as
needed. - Report and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixing
leaks, or assisting with office equipment. - Communicate effectively with other staff members to address any specific cleaning or
maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Great communication skills
