Form of workOur client a leading global Investment Firm based near Charing Cross are currently seeking a brilliant, proactive and capable temporary Receptionist to work between the 14th-28th March 2024. This is a general key Front of House role working with a lovely and professional team. They are looking for a fantastic temporary candidate to cover this short-term holiday cover and regularly require ad hoc excellent Front of House cover, always fully office based with working hours of 8am until 5pm.
Duties:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Generating visitor passes
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Ensuring the Reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and well maintained
- Booking couriers and taxi’s as needed
- Answering and redirecting calls as necessary
Profile:
- Professional, personable and well presented
- Strong client facing skills
- Takes excellent ownership of the front of house area
- Hands on and willing to roll up their sleeves
- Good attitude and someone who takes pride in their role
- Responsive and proactive
