Hays Business Support are currently working with a company that is seeking part time reception cover from the 17th January for approximately 3 weeks.
The hours of work will be Monday to Thursdays (hours: 8.30/9:00 - 12.30/1:00).
Within this role you will be giving out visitor passes and signing visitors in. You will answer the phone, book meeting rooms using Outlook and coordinate catering arrangements for meetings.
Due to the office location a driving licence would be beneficial. This role is subject to a DBS.
