Location: Danderhall, EH22 1QX
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500, DOE (Salary is negotiable)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

We're on the lookout for a vibrant and driven Garage Receptionist / Administrator to join our team, working front of house and alongside our fantastic workshop crew!

Receptionist - The Role:

Your responsibilities will cover a range of face to face tasks, from booking in customers to handling customer inquiries with a friendly and polite demeanour. Good communication skills are key, both on the phone and in person.

Role Responsibilities;

• Booking in customer/estimate/jobs (training provided)
• Pricing calculations for estimates and managing customer accounts
• Handling customer inquiries regarding repairs
• Confirming lead times
• Dealing with internal invoice queries and accounts
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues whilst fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ordering parts for work jobs

Receptionist - What we need from you:

While previous experience in the motor trade is a plus and understanding of vehicle parts is essential.

• Computer proficiency
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly telephone manner
• Ability to deal with customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent jobs
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Have good proficient people skills
