Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for an organised and reliable Office Manager/ Receptionist to work for a fantastic, expanding business based in Mid Kent.

Our client are looking for an, outgoing, driven and enthusiastic individual to join their new vibrant office based in Maidstone, Kent.

Duties

• First point of contact for all incoming calls, external visitors to site and staff members
• Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.
• Working closely with other heads of departments
• Booking travel and accommodation on behalf of the MD
• Stock management and ordering of stationary and other office essentials.
• Ensuring all refreshments and stationery is equipped within the office area s and reception.
• Any other duties as required.

• An experienced and proactive Office Manager with experience as a receptionist and someone who is happy to work both roles.

• Able to commit to full time hours in the office.
