The post holder will be responsible, together with the other receptionists and administrators, for the interface between the Practice and the public, particularly the patients of the Practice, both in person on the telephone, and online. They will work closely with the other Reception staff to ensure the smooth running of the reception and the efficient delivery of high quality and courteous service to the patients. They will work together with colleagues to ensure the timely and accurate recording of data onto patients electronic records including registration and de-registration.
