Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
• Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Updating social media and website pages
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed including preparing refreshments
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
