You will be reporting to the Practise Manager and working within a dynamic team.
JOB ROLE: Medical Administrator
INDUSTRY: Private Clinic
LOCATION: Harley Street, West End
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Patient facing - dealing with daily enquiries
- Checking emails and responding to online enquiries
- Extensive compliance administration tasks
- Patient record keeping
- Arranging appointments, sending confirmation letters
- Placing orders
- Taking payments, raising invoices
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- On demand repairs
- Walk in patients
- Return items for credit and repair. Issuing refunds
- Restocking the rooms and clinic for consumable stock
- Stock checks
- Ensuring all admin paperwork is fully stocked
- Reception cover over lunch
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure.
- Previous compliance and regulations experience is highly desirable
- Experience of using all Microsoft Office programs e.g., Microsoft Excel.
- Good investigative and research skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage won tasks without supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
