The role
As a Receptionist, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is a pivotal role in managing our main reception, acting as a first point of contact for any visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Day to day, you'll greet external visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person in an efficient manner. Further responsibilities include:
- Welcoming all visitors and staff into the building, carrying out security checks on new starters and staff visiting from other offices.
- Answering telephones and directing callers to the appropriate person as well as taking messages when appropriate, providing callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- Receiving, sorting and forwarding incoming mail, general deliveries, and collection of IT for staff and new starters
- Coordinating the pick-up and delivery of express mail services FedEx, UPS, etc
- Maintaining the conference rooms ensuring they reflect the company's professional image and are fully refreshed between meetings, including a full refresh at the end of the working day
This role is full time based on site at Wigmore Street.
Essential experience of the Receptionist:
- A proven track record as a Receptionist or Administrator
Qualifications for the Receptionist:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
