SalaryTemp Receptionist Administrator. £11.50 per hour, (£24k per annum) 28 days Holidays Free Parking, Paid Weekly. 8am - 5.15 Mon to Thursday and 1pm Friday Finish!
Immediate Start, Busy Varied role. Possibiilty of a Permanent post for the right person.
To be based in Reception, meeting & greeting all visitors to site following the check-in procedure. Reply to emails, deal with travel and accomodation enquiries and pass through for booking, arrange and book vehicles, Holiday requests. Ensure Board room ready for meetings and arrange sandwiches and refreshments. Varied busy role and needs someone who is well presented, highly organised, engages easily and has good I.T and Admin skills.
Full trianing given on the systems and procedures
Own Transport required due to location
