Reception Administrator
We are seeking a Reception Administrator to join our team at Camphill Wakefield. The role is for a permanent role working on a 52-week contract working 5 days / 37.50 hrs a week.
Salary: £25,530.00
Camphill Wakefield is a specialist further education (F.E) college, based on a 34-acre site providing further education and training via study programmes to young adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. This includes an adult social care day service provision for those with learning difficulties and disabilities. We provide a range of life skills and employability pathways to meet our SEND students’ needs.
You will join our Admin team and will provide the education and care teams with support to deliver a professional service to our clients and students. Making sure that Camphill Wakefield meets the high standards of education, training and care within its own set of ideals and principles as well as meeting the expectations and guidelines of the placing authorities and inspectorates.
Key responsibilities:
· You will manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy and welcome all visitors to the College.
· Ensure all visitors to the College complete the relevant signing-in process and that all visitors are issued with the relevant lanyard and are escorted around the College, if required, in line with safeguarding procedures.
· Schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
· Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy, duties may include assisting tutors and support staff with requests such as laminating, printing, scanning and creating forms.
