Our public sector client is looking for a Receptionist - Band 2 to join their team as a temporary employee. This is currently a temporary role for 52 weeks. This is a part time role, 22 hours per week. Ideally you will work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am - 5pm. Days per week can be negotiated. On Thursdays you may be required to work until 7pm - on this day you would start at 11am. The pay rate for this role is 10.42 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
This role is fully office based - TF2 9FN.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Checking in visitors
- Signposting
- Room bookings
- Answering and diverting calls
- Managing post
- Logging maintenance jobs
- Issuing client travel funds
- Issuing of personal safety devices for staff use
- Case administrator tasks as required
The ideal candidate for this role must have strong customer service and IT skills. The ideal candidate will also be very positive and organised.
Due to the nature of this role, if you are offered you will need to undergo HMPPS vetting - Enhanced Level 1. This check will take around 6 weeks. If this role is something you would be interested in, please apply!
