Front of House reception duties to include answering the phone, dealing with email enquiries and booking staff on courses
Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is situated on the west coast of Lancashire, with services covering the local authority areas of Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre. • Provide admin support to the team
• Answer the phone and deal with any enquiries
• Deal with email enquiries
• Deal with your own emails
• Book candidates on to courses via ESR
• Ensure room bookings are up to date, approve bookings
• Ordering stock/equipment on Oracle
• Room audit
• Rolling programme audit
• Help manage the sim team diaries
• Send text message reminders for all our courses
• Update ESR after each course
• Print registers for courses
• Put in works requests
• Take minutes of any meetings as required
