Front of House reception duties to include answering the phone, dealing with email enquiries and booking staff on courses

• Ensure room bookings are up to date, approve bookings
• Ordering stock/equipment on Oracle
• Room audit
• Rolling programme audit
• Help manage the sim team diaries
• Send text message reminders for all our courses
• Update ESR after each course
• Print registers for courses
• Put in works requests
• Take minutes of any meetings as required
