Receptionist - Broadstairs

Connect2Kent are currently seeking a Receptionist to join a temporary assignment with Kent County Council's Property & Infrastructure Team.

• Broadstairs based
• £12.10 per hour
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
• Office based

Job Purpose

To act as a company's first point of contact, assisting with queries face-to-face, over the phone and via email; ensuring the environment is safe, warm and conducive to working and learning, securing the building at the end of the day.

Experience/Skills

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality issues.
