Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm

Immediate start available for Wednesday 3.07.2025 Temp ongoing with permanent interviews available end of July - happy to take someone on for 6-8 weeks or Temp to Perm

This role, joining an international manufacturing organisation, offers a varied position for somebody who likes to be busy.

The role of Receptionist Administrator includes:-

• Providing friendly Reception duties, ensuring procedures are followed
• Booking and coordinating travel and hotels for visitors
• Ensuring the meeting rooms are kept tidy, answering incoming calls, taking messages etc
• Updating employee records with new starters etc
• Maintaining the onsite locker key storage, and issue new keys as necessary
• Complete new starter checklists, setting up ID cards etc
• Arranging training sessions as necessary
• Assist onsite H&S with warden updates, posters, monthly data collation, arranging meetings etc

To be considered for the role of Receptionist Administrator, you should have:-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business English essential

The ability to motive yourself, and prioritise your day to ensure necessary works are completed

Reception and or PA background would be an advantage, but ability and personality are just as important!
