Office Angels National Accounts Team work all over Londonsupporting a number of clients with front of house/ reception cover.
We have often receive requests for ad-hock front of house cover as well as longer term to cover for sickness, holidays, busy peeks, projects and in-house vacancies.
Our sites often get to know you once you have worked in some of the sites and would request you for future bookings which is great to see our candidates build such relationships with our clients. You may be fortunate to be offered a long term post should you get on well.
I am seeking individuals who have experience with the following:
- Front of house / Receptionist
- Answering telephones and transferring calls
- Monitoring E-mail in-boxes
- Meeting and greeting customers who enter the buildings
- Supporting internal staff with any requests or enquiries
- Supporting with security- checking in visitors
- General administration tasks which may include, postal support, stationary ordering, printing, taking packages e.c.t
We are looking for hands on candidates who are able to support with the above tasks and be able to learn quickly.
