Receptionist & Events Assistant

Delighted to be working with this up market Design Gallery based in Imperial Wharf Fulham looking for a Receptionist Events Assistant.

Full time (based in gallery) Tuesday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 or 8:30 - 17:00, Saturday 11:00 - 17:00

Start As soon as possible, this is a long term assignment so must be available immediately

Essential that you have previous reception experience along with organising events.

12.80 per hour Weekly paid

• In charge of visitor experience for meetings and events: managing production, troubleshooting and reporting
• Managing reception, front of house and RLG diary
• Managing student tours, group visits, and photo/film shoots
• Answering and directing phone and e-mail enquiries
• Greeting visitors, assisting with product enquiries
• In charge of all office related duties (e.g. stationary, deliveries, housekeeping, grocery shopping etc)
• Driving team building initiatives
• Supporting events production
• Managing RLG database and driving sign-ups for RLG events
• Managing RLG branded materials, gifts and brochures
• Assisting with social media activities
• Supporting wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects
