We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our Front of House team at George Northwood, Fitzrovia. The ideal candidate will thrive in this fast-paced, dynamic and stylish environment. Key responsibilities will include greeting salon clients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the salon
Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar
Answer phone calls and respond to client queries
Assist stylists and other salon staff as needed
Process payments and manage cash register
Opening and closing the Salon
Stock control
Preparing light refreshments for clients
You will have:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Numeric strengths
Proficient in basic computer skills
Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
Working Conditions: As Receptionist you will be working in a salon environment and may be required to stand for extended periods of time. The position will require some evening and weekend hours.
