🏢 Position: Receptionist
📍 Location: Crawley & Horsham
📋Contract Type: Temporary Full Time and Part Time
⏰Hours: 8am - 6pm or split shifts 8am - 1pm / 1pm - 6pm
💰Salary: £12 p/h
🌟 What you'll be doing:
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handling all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Managing the dealership's email inbox and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Proactively arranging appointments and managing the reception area.
- Providing administrative support to the sales and service departments.
- Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
