Our client, a well-respected organisation based in Regent Centre, is seeking a proactive and welcoming Receptionist to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills and make a lasting impression on tenants and visitors!
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Regent Centre, Gosforth
Remuneration: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, immediate start for approximately 4 weeks
Hours:Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week, offering an excellent work-life balance! 🌈
💼 Duties include: 💼
- Serving as the warm, smiley face of the business centre and ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors
- Greeting and assisting individuals arriving for property viewings, directing them to the appropriate areas, and gathering necessary details
- Managing incoming emails, answering calls, and handling mail handling tasks such as franking
- Coordinating with the cleaning supervisor, handyman, and other external service providers as needed.
- General administration duties.
