Receptionist / Legal Administrator

Stow-on-the-Wold

Salary will be commensurate with experience (£22,000 to £24,000 per annum as a guideline)

We are working in partnership with a well-established, multi office, Lexcel accredited firm, who are looking for and experienced Legal Administrator/Receptionist to join their newest office in Stow-on-the-Wold.

This is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The job will involve:

• Providing administrative support to paralegals, the office manager, and colleagues
• Providing administrative support to conveyancers
• Preparing legal documents, mail and enclosures
• Distributing mail deliveries daily
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Preparing correspondence using a legal case management system
• Opening, closing, storing and retrieving client files

Suitable candidates will have:

• Experience of working as a Receptionist within a busy law firm
• Experience of conveyancing administration (preferred but not essential)
• The ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent communication skills and client care skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Familarity with legal terminology and procedures
