We are currently working with a client who is looking for a full time receptionist.
The hours of work are 8am - 5pm - Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3pm on Friday.
This is a temorary vacancy to start with, however this could turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Operations:
- Assist the team with preparation of reports
- Assist team with the creation and implementation of all events and activations on site
- Management of the daily service delivery of the curated experience vendors/activations
- Conduct periodic review and revision of base building documents for your respective floor
- Manage Colleague concerns received in line with the general standards
Person Specification:
- Minimum 1yr experience in Reception
- Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
- High Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point applications,
- Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication
DRESS CODE: The location is a corporate office environment. Smart business wear please. Dark Jacket, White blouse or shirt, black trousers or skirt (NO JEANS) smart black work shoes, (NO TRAINERS)
